Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations
Elarvée offers international shipping.
Depending on the product, destination, and availability, your order may be fulfilled and dispatched from our fulfillment location in Pakistan.
The dispatch location may therefore differ from the business address displayed on our website.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, product availability, customs procedures, and the carrier.
Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout where available.

6. Tracking

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives and scans the shipment.
7. Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.
For tracked shipments, we may use the carrier's tracking information to investigate delivery issues.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the shipment.
